I found them listed in the # 27 spot as one of the best performing web hosting companies and they were also in the top 10 in the few failed request for web service. In addition to this they were listed as one of the top 50 web hosts worldwide.
They own and operate their own data center. One of their specialties is providing great shared web hosting. This means a websites will share a server with other people's websites. Some people do not like shared because they do not feel that they are as secured as dedicated hosting. This is true but they have addressed this issue by provide a security team that strictly monitors and audits the shared hosting server. They are one of the few companies that have a guaranteed connectivity of 99.5% of the time. This means that if your site goes down they will give a credit for the down time against your monthly bill.
They are a fairly new company starting in 2001. They quickly grow over the last 8 years to over 500,000 websites hosted worldwide because of good service and affordable prices. They do not offer tons of things but they offer a variety of web hosting and they seem to be very good at that. So as they say, "if it's not broken do not fix it", and it holds true with Host Dime. Hopefully they will continue to offer good service and providing hosting to companies worldwide.
