Life needs to be gentler than a never ending battle to get to the gym and keep to a soul crushing calorie count. I, for one, don’t want to spend the rest of my life sitting in front of a withered lettuce leaf feeling guilty about the number of kilometers I jogged before my low fat breakfast.
